Our new electronic tablet and capsule counter Technocount T8 combines proven technology with the latest in electronic control systems. The machine also features an integrated chip and dust extraction system. The counting system utilises the latest high speed counting sensors with ‘on-board’ microprocessors for the highest level of reliability and accuracy. The machine offers maximum versatility as product feed system requires no change parts and is capable of packaging most tablet and capsule forms. Operational details: containers are fed via a twin lane stainless steel sanitary conveyor system, to the counting machine whereby they are controlled and indexed by a pneumatic bottle gating system and positioned individually under the filling funnels. Product filling is then facilitated and once a predetermined product count has been reached the system indexes the filled container in a changeover cycle replacing it with an empty one. Our tablet counters can count a broad range of tablets and capsules in many shapes and sizes including round and biconvex tablets, caplets, encapsulated soft gels, minims and gelatine size 00 to 5 capsules along with most other irregular oral dose formats.
